Mr. John Edward Cecil II, age 42 of Hawkins, passed away on Monday, December 1, 2014 at his home. 

John was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 10, 1972 to John E. Cecil I and Janice Sue Thompson. 

John worked as a welder for EZ Plasma in Mineola. 

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie (Johnson) Oberting Cecil; father, John Cecil I and wife Sandra of Sebring, Fl.; mother Janice Stuck and husband Jim of Ownesboro, Ky.; brother, Richard Cecil of Owensboro, Ky.; step children, Joshua and Faith Anne Oberting of Indianapolis, In.; mother and father-in-law, Jack and Doris Johnson of Mineola.
