The Burnet County site has

You can learn from the pioneers by reading some of their original stories, view the naturalized citizens of the county prior to 1906, read about the Indian attacks, and even "attend" the McGuire Murder Trial of 1899. [Also included on the site are indexes and inventories for the library's surname vertical files, as well as an index to the historical community vertical files. A huge photo album is present with links to and from descendant charts and obituaries.
