MRS. JULIAN BARNETT

BURNET - Funeral services for Mrs. Julian Barnett, 83, who died Monday in a local hospital, will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Burnet Church of Christ, Brother L. V. Nobles and Brother Silas Howell officiating.  Burial, under the direction of Edgar Funeral Home, will be in the Bluffton Cemetery.
 
Survivors include her husband, Julian Barnett of Burnet; five daughters, Mrs Julia Parks and Mrs. Mamie Baker, both of Burnet; Mrs Floy Parks, Mrs. Louise Evans, and Mrs. Lutha Jo Bivone, all of Texas City; four sons, L. T. Barnett and Donald Barnett, both of Burnet; Doyle Barnett of Austin and Weldon Barnett of Abilene; two sisters, Mrs. Ollie Killgore of Burnet and Mrs. Mamie Bowers of Houston; two brothers, Lee Kuykendall and Dee Kuykendall, both of Houston; 26 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
 
(Transcriber's Note:  Lilla Floy (Pinkie) Kuykendall Barnett born March 14, 1877, was the daughter of William Thornton Kuykendall and Julia Thurmond Kuykendall.  She married Julian L. Barnett on January 31, 1894, Llano County, Texas.)
