BUILDER: Unknown CONSTRUCTED OF: Wood; composition roof; 4x4 windows DESCRIPTION: Two story frame house with a covered entry porch.
HISTORY: Surveyor, Frank Nowlin, surveyed and made a plat of the Evergreen Subdivision for Albert Vogt on May 27, 1926. There were four lots on each side of a central parkway which included a driveway and a green zone. the plat shows a sidewalk along the front of each lot, but these walks were never added. hillmanad

Fred and Mamie Hillman lived in this house in the 1950's and 1960's. They had one daughter who attended the Boerne schools. They both died in the year 1977 and were buried in the Boerne Cemetery. They were owners and operators of Hillman Jewelry Store on Boerne's Main Street where they also expanded into the town's only photographer for many years.
