James Edward [#1179] Stidam was born 6 Feb 1874, in Letcher Co., Kentucky. He married Margaret Elizabeth Travis, daughter of Strother and Mandy Carter Travis of Lawrence County. The family lived in Louisa, Lawrence Co., Kentucky. James died 22 Jan 1958, at Milford Center, Ohio.
