Property Conveyed: "all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on the waters of Jennings Fork of Round Lick creek, beginning at said John MAHOLLAND's southeast corner on a Elm and White oak stump, thence west 40 poles to a Elm (?), thence north 48 poles to a red oak, thence east 40 poles to a dogwood and black ash, thence south 48 poles to the beginning, containing twelve acres of land and appurtenances"
