the county of Wilson on the south side of Cumberland river on the waters of
Spencers creek & bounded as follows. Beginning at a white oak marked W(?)S
it being the south east corner of John DONALSONs tract of one hundred and
seven acres running thence west with the said DONALSONs north boundary line
one hundred and six poles to a small black gum marked TIR(?) thence north
seventy poles to two dogwoods and ironwood thence East one hundred and eight
poles to an elm and ironwood thence south five poles to an ash thence west
four(?) to an ash and elm thence South seventy one poles to the Beginning...."
