Property: "...one certain tract of land Situate lying and being in the county
of Wilson on the southern waters of Spencers Creek and bounded as follows:
Beginning at a white oak near the corner of said VICKs stable(?) and on his
north boundary line thence north forty two poles to a stake thence East
twenty four poles to two cedars and a small elm on a branch thence north
passing over the head of the spring sixty nine poles to a cedar stake on
MARTINs south boundary line thence along the same west ninety four poles to
John DONELSONs corner a small red oak thence along the said DONELSON line
south and passing his corner an ash and along James EATHERLYs line in all one
hundred and fourteen poles to the said Samuel VICKs corner a small elm and
two dogwoods thence along the said Samuel VICKs line East seventy poles to
the Beginning...."
