Wilson and State aforesaid on the waters of Spencers Creek and bounded as
follows. Beginning at two Dogwoods & a Mulberry on the branch below the said
SMITHs House & on MARTINs South boundary line, thence South eleven degrees
West one hundred poles to a Dogwood & Ash, thence East one hundred and forty
two poles to three Cedars on Richard DRAKEs West boundary line, thence on the
same North sixteen poles to his corner, thence East nine poles to Brittan
DRAKEs corner, thence along his line north eighty one poles to MARTINs corner
on the said Britton DRAKEs West boundary line, thence along the said MARTINs
line west to the Beginning....
