waters of Spencers Creek bounded as follows to wit, Beginning at John
GLANTONs North East corner an Elm thence East one Hundred & fifty eight poles
to a Dogwood in LINDSEYs South Line then South with Henry RIFFs line one
Hundred and twenty nine poles to a Black Oak and two Iron woods thence west
thirteen poles to a Mulberry and White ash at Michel PETTERS N. E. corner
thence South eighteen poles to a poplar Absolum SMITH N.E. corner thence west
thirty three poles to a Poplar John GLANTONs corner thence north one hundred
and forty five poles to the beginning...."
