Property: "...one tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the
county of Wilson and State aforesaid, on the waters of Cedar Lick Creek and
bounded as follows. Beginning at a white oak William YOUNGs southeast
corner, thence East fifty poles to an ash tree, thence North one hundred and
fifty nine poles to a cedar and dogwood thence west fifty poles to a stake
now set but the old and former corner was on an ash tree now rotten and gone,
thence to the beginning...."
