Agreeable to an order of Court to us directed hereto(?) the 24th of March
1824 and made a division as follows in eight parts (viz) Beginning at a red
oak of William BAIRD deceased west boundary line the same line being
___________(?) thence east 42 poles to an elm thence east 42 poles to a white
oak thence east 42 poles to a white oak thence east 42 poles to two dogwoods
which make eight parts or
No. 1 to Thomas BAIRD 17 acres and 133 poles valued at $2 per acre
No. 2 to Margaret BAIRD 17 acres 133 poles valued at $3 per acre
No. 3 to Sally BAIRD 17 acres 133 poles valued at $2 per acre
No. 4 to Murphrey KEMP 17 acres 133 poles valued at $1.76 per acre
No. 5 to Elizabeth BAIRD 18 acres 60 poles valued at $2 per acre
No. 6 to Matilda BAIRD 18 acres 102 poles valued at $2 per acre
No. 7 to Zebulon BAIRD 18 acres 123 valued at $2.24 per acre
No. 8 to Absolom SMITH 13 acres 94 poles valued $2 (blotted)
We the under subscribers do make this an _____________(?) to the best of our
judgment given under our hand and seal this 26th day of March 1824.
