In Memory of Burdoty Hewgley
Born January 23, 1843
Died August 22, 1867

To the Memory of Charles Hewgley
Born in Virginia the 17 of January 1782 and
Died the 26 of January 1861
Aged 70 years and 9 days. A member of the
Methodist Episcopal Church and died in full
Triumph of a living faith.

To the Memory of Eliza, wife of
Charles Hewgley
Born A.D. 1771 and
Died August 22 1842

Alfred S. Heugley was born January 18 1811
And Died October 1st 1847 aged 36 yrs 8m and 13d.
The deceased in all the relations of life sustained a most
Estinable character. He was an examplary husband, a kind and
Tender parent, a devoted friend and a devout Christian. His probity
Was proverbial and in all his transactions with his fellow men he was
Governed by the strictest rules of justice and honor. Some years
Before his death he attached himself to the Methodist Church and
Was esteemed a worthy and consistent member by all who knew him.

the wife of Job Hewgley
Born January in the year A.D. 1757 and
Died March 1849 Aged 83

To the Memory of Tabitha,
Daughter of A.B. and Sarah B. Hewgley
Born January the 18 1814 and
Died August the 25 1827

In Memory of Abraham Heugley
Born August 16 1775
Died May 27 1856
Age 80 years, 9 months and 11 days

ADALITIA
Infant daughter of
John W. and Jane C. Heugly
Born 24 August 1849
Died 23 Novr 1851
HEWGLEY [2 different spellings of HEWGLEY on stone]

To the Memory of Sarah B., the wife of Abraham Hewgley
And born July the 19 A.D. 1781 and died Febuary [February] 8th 1844
As long as thy life is remember[ed] by any
So long will it be admired by many.
Frinds [friends] may grieve and relatives morn
But angels will rejoice and asscort [escort] the home.
