     This is a picture of the Crossroads or Gallien School, thought to have been made in 1908. Front row seated, left to right: Proctor Wilson, Jimmie Wilson, Willie Simmons, Homer Spain, Robert Whitten, Walter Whitten, Shelby Wilson, Claud Martin, Colmon Martin, Willie Whitten, Crayton McClanahan and Home Stooksberry. In the short second row, left to right are Mary Etta Stooksberry, Pearl Spain, Norma Whitten, Virgie Whitten and Bertha Whitten. Third row, left to right are Fronie Whitten, Hattie Wilson, Roxie Henson, Roxie Whitten, Ethel Spain, Cynthia Martin, Jennie Martin, Leona Simmons, Nettie Whitten and Beulah Whitten.
