In 2009 Beverly Brown ([email protected]) sent the following information " The couple sitting in this photo are William "Billy" James Thomas West and his wife Laura Tennessee Sherron West. My great grandparents from Rockbridge. They lived on Rockbridge Rd. and are buried at Rockbridge Cemetery. They were known as Pappy and Mammy West."
