Note: William B. Joyner to Harris Bynum Savely the son of Henry Thomas Savely (aka Harry) and his daughter Winnie Priscilla "Dolly" (nee Joyner) who remarried Asa Mack Swift after H. T. Savely Died.

Know all men by these presence that I Wm B Joyner of the State of Tennessee and County of Sumner and to bose Deut. Do this day give and bequeath to Harris B Savely of the county and State above named and the minor heir of H T Savely and my daughter Winnie P Swift formerly the wife of H T Savely who is now dead the same parcel or lot of it being indentured) (there being no point to index the value in the deed I make the market value of the parcel is one hundred seventy five doll and of land which I have given to my daughter during her life of her first husband H T Savely which they had erected a dwelling house and bounded as follows vis: lying in the 6th civil district and on the waters of Mansker's Creek on the Nashville and Kentucky Turn pike Road and containing by measurement eight Acres be the same more or less bounded on the south by the lot of Martha A Joyner north by Dolly A Savely by Helen Perry west by the Pike Road Now I Wm B. Joyner do warrant the title of the above described land to the said H B Savely during his life and at his death to his lawful heirs against All lawful legacy that may hereafter cause against it this Oct. the 2 nd 1879
