Whereas Benj Roaney Adm'r of Joseph Bandy and Silas Ford ?? received Judgments for the sum of One hundred & sixty seven dollars 52 � cents and Twenty dollars 81 � cents cost against Wm Schmitt in the Circuit Court of Sumner County and before a Justice of the peace for sd county on the 15th day of Febry 1843 and one from the Circuit Court on the 8th day of April 1843, was on motion condemned and sold to satisfy Sundry Judgments from I Justice of the peace and one from the Circuit Court in favor of B. Roany Adm�r & Joseph Bandy, and Silas Fulqua against the sd Wm Hutt for $167.52 debt and $20.82 � cost and there not being personal property of the sd Wm Hutt sufficient to satisfy the sd Claims lived the same on sixty seven acres of land being and lying in the County of Sumner and State of Tennessee in district No. 18 bounded as follows. Beginning at a beech on the North side of red river Ninety eight poles to a white oak, Thence West Eighty Eight poles to a stake, Thence South One hundred and Twenty poles to a white oak, Thence with the road twenty six poles to a Spanish Oak and Locust on the bank of the river, Thence with said river to the Beginning, with the appurtenances known as the property of Wm. Hutt's and the same may sold by me at the Court house, it public sale at The Town of Gallatin in Sumner County on the 5th day of June 1843 agreeable to the sd pos�es Benj Roany being the highest and best bidder for the same was struck off to him, at the price of forty eight dollars & 25 cents to me paid as aforesaid. And also Advance as the low pr� and paid over to me Sixteen dollars & 19 cents. To have and to hold the same unto the said Bing Roany his heirs forever in as full and ample a manner as I as Sheriff aforesaid Can or ought to Convey. Witness my hand and Seal this the 19th day of Febry 1844.
