Obituary for William Edward LEMBKY
Following is a transcription of the above person's (TN) obituary from The Dickson
County Herald of Dickson, TN, dated Fri., Jan 22, 1909:
William Edward Lembky, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Lemky and
grandson of Mr. and Mrs. F.(?) L. Harrison, died at the home of the latter, Jan. 17, 1900.
After funeral services, conducted by Rev. T. J. Baker, Jan. 18, at 2 p. m., the
little body was laid to rest in Union Cemetery.
Following is a transcription of a Card of Thanks from the
above family from the same issue of the same newspaper mentioned above:
We certainly appreciate the kindness and sympathy shown to us by
our many friends, during the short illness and death of our darling baby.

obituary and card of thanks. We recorded the spellings as they were in the article.
Note also that the date of January 17, 1900 mentioned above was an obvious error,
although that was what was recorded in the newspaper. The year must have been 1909,
because that was the date of this newspaper issue.)
