This is Louisa Frances (Hawkins) CARTER (b. 1831 KY).  Louisa married Thomas CARTER on 6/11/1848 in Robertson Co., TN.  She was the daughter of Washington HAWKINS and Sarah (unknown maiden name).  See photo of Thomas CARTER.
