Lampley Cemetery Listing--Dickson County, TN

Location: Martin Road, off Spencer's Mill Road. 

Deed Book 29, Page 293/294 May 28, 1900

I, A J Lampley, have this day laid off and set apart one acre of land out of my 100 acre tract of land in the State of Tennessee and County of Dickson District No. 3 for the purpose of a family and neighborhood burying ground which is never to be sold, transferred nor conveyed for any purpose whatever, beginning about 85 steps north of the grave yard on a rock in the road, then west 70 yards to a rock, thence south 70 yards to a rock, thence east 70 yards to a rock, thence north 70 yards to the beginning.  I, A J Lampley, have a good right to coming it for the purpose herein mentioned and the same is unencumbered and further agree for myself, my heirs and representatives to warrant forever defend the title to the said Graveyard this April the 16th 1900.
