Party for Juanita BLACKWELL

Mrs. Tom BLACKWELL entertained twenty-five children on Thursday afternoon from 2 to 4, in celebration of the fourth birthday, of her daughter Juanita Rich.  She was assisted in the charming hospitality by her mother, Mrs. Fannie MURPHREE and by Mrs. J. N. THOMPSON.
The Hallowe'en season was featured in the effective decorations, festoons of autumn leaves, bats, black cats and jack-o-lanterns being used.  Games and stories were features of amusement.  Later an ice course was served with cake cut from a lovely birthday cake, which was the central ornament of an artistically decorated table, and which held the significant number of candles.  Favors were lollipops dressed in witch costumes.
