PASCHALL CASE AGAIN BEFORE JUDGE HOBBS

Judge J. C. Hobbs is presiding at the third trial of Dr. G. C. PASCHALL of Williamson County, at Franklin, this week, on a charge of murder of his wife Mrs. Bessie Wilson PASCHALL, at their home in that county on Sept. 4, 1921.  A late report indicates failure to secure a jury, a large number of veniremen having expressed or formed opinions in the celebrated case due to the wide publicity given the sensational trials formerly held.
