Obituary for F. J. FOSTER
Following is a transcription of the above person's (TN) obituary from The Dickson
County Herald of Dickson, TN, dated Friday, January 22, 1909:
The remains of F. J. Foster, who died in Charlotte, were interred in Union Cemetery at
this place Tuesday afternoon. Deceased, who was a middle aged man, came to this
state a year or more ago. Recently he became violently insane and had to be confined
in the county jail preparatory to the completion of arrangements for getting him into the
State Asylum for the Insane. He was a victim of consumption which carried him off.
He leaves a wife and two children who reside near town.
