Last Will and Testament
of
Eli BAGGETT

Know all persons present, that I Eli Baggett of Springfield Tenn. Robertson County, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament revoking all former wills made by me.
First- All my personal property and real estate to be equally divided among all of my lawful heirs, to wit:
My oldest son Wm. Baggett, desceased, his heirs, Anna Dorris, Corra Dorris, Willie Sprouse. Eva Jones, Ora White, and Fred Baggett, and Mrs. Sallie Baggett the widow of Wm. Baggett.  My other heirs Jessie Baggett, J. M. Baggett, A. E. Baggett, J. P. Baggett, Dona Yeats, Dorra Ward.
Third: I nominate and appoint my two sons- Jessie Baggett, and A. E. Baggett, my executors to my last will and testament, without bond, I furthermore impower my two sons, Jessie and A. E. Baggett to sell and transfer and make deeds to my real estate, which shall be as binding as though they were made by me.  I futhermore allow them 1 per cent commission for all thier trouble of winding up my business and making and ______ division of all my estate among the heirs which I have named.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 13th day of May A.D. 1914.

Signed, sealed, published and declared as and for his last will and testament by the above named testator, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses thereto.
