These are Vanessa's grandparents, Christopher "Cris" Thomas DeBusk and Eliza Ann "Annie" "Doll" "Dollie" (Mathis) DeBusk. Cris is holding the hand of their first-born, Irene. Annie is holding Bryan in her arms. This was taken at their home in Arkansas. Later they moved to middle Tennessee. Cris was the son of "Ike" DeBusk and Susan Adams.
