Last Will and testament of Christopher DEBUSK, Dcd
I Christopher DEBUSK, do make and publish this as
my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other Wills
by me at any time made.
FIRST, I direct that all of my just debts be paid
as soon after my death as posible out of any moneys that I may die
posessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.
SECONDLY, I give and bequeath unto my beloved
wife Lidia DEBUSK the farm I now live on and all of my personal property
during her natural life the same to be used for her support and especial
benefit during life then to be sold by my executor and divided equally
between all my children.
THIRDLY, I direct and bequeath unto my children
the ballince of my real estate equally to dispose of as they see fit at my
death.
LASTLY, I do hereby nominate and appoint M. V.
Smith my executor this July the 27th, 1891
