Bridgers Cemetery Listing--Montgomery County, TN

Directions:  This cemetery is located at 1167 Ben Sensing Rd., Cumberland Furnace, TN  37051.  It is on private property, and you must contact the landowner for permission to access the cemetery.  The landowner at this time is Mrs. Cleo Sensing......From the Dickson County line on Hwy 235 (also called Marion Rd.), enter Montgomery County and go .4 miles.   Turn right onto Indian Creek Rd.  Go just over .8 miles and turn right on Ben Sensing Rd.  Go .3 miles and the road ends at a white brick house.  The cemetery is behind the house.

Note: Cemetery is overgrown, and there could be other stones we were unable to see for the underbrush.  There are many fieldstones and unmarked graves.

Epitaph: Farewell my wife and children all,     From you a father Christ doth call,
              Weep not for me it is in vain,              To call me to your sight again.
Other Info: Husband of L. M. BRIDGERS
005 BRIDGES Louisa Matilda 3/16/1843 11/3/1909  
Other Info: Mother                (yes the last name is BRIDGES, not Bridgers)
Note: The landowner said they thought there were TROTTERs in this cemetery.
