From the Dickson County TN Will Book F:

IN THE MATTER OF:
THE WILL OF MRS. BONNIE HARDESTY
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF DICKSON COUNTY,
TENNESSEE.
Be it remembered that, on this the 3 day of June, 1959, before the Honorable Marshall S. Stuart, Judge of the County Court of Dickson County, Tennessee, there was produced in open Court a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Mrs. Bonnie HARDESTY, late of Dickson County, Tennessee, bearing date of April 20, 1943, and being subscribed to by R; P. WORK and Ray STUART as attesting witnesses, and motion was made that the same be admitted to probate and recorded as the last will and testament of the said Bonnie HARDESTY, deceased.  And it appearing to the Court from the testimony of the said Ray STUART, one of the subscribing witnesses, that said paper writing was written in the life time of the said Mrs. Bonnie HARDESTY and signed by her and subscribed in her presence and at her request by the said Ray STUART and R. P. WORK as attesting witnesses, and that said instrument was executed by the said Mrs. Bonnie HARDESTY on the day it bears date as and for her last will and testament, and that she was at the time of sound mind and disposing memory and of lawful age; it further appearing form the testimony of Tom WOODALL that the said Bonnie HARDESTY lately died in Dickson County, Tennessee, and that her usual place of residence at the time of death was in said county.
It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that said instrument is the true, whole and last will and testament of the said Mrs. Bonnie HARDESTY, deceased, and that same be admitted to probate as such.
It appears that Earl TIDWELL is nominated as Executor in said will and it is therefore further ordered by the Court that letters testamentary issue to the said Earl TIDWELL without bond, the said will releives Executor of executing bond.
