Non-Resident Notice.

Alice SHELEY vs. Joe SHELEY

In Circuit Court at Charlotte, Tenn.

In this case, it duly appearing to the Clerk, from the bill filed, on this the 19th day of January 1909, which is sworn to, that the defendant, Joe SHELEY, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee, so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon him; It is therefore ordered by the Clerk that publication by made in the Dickson County Herald, a newspaper published at Dickson Tennessee, for four consecutive weeks, the last publication to be more than five days before the meeting of this Court, commanding the said Joe SHELEY to appear at the Court House in the town of Charlotte, Tenn., on or before the Fourth Monday in March, 1909, and attend this suit this day filed against him by Alice SHELEY, for a divorce, or the same will be taken for confessed and the cause set for trial exparte.
