HARVEY RICHARDS

Know all men by these presents that I, RANSOM SMITH, of Marion County Tennessee administrator of the estate of Squire Hendrix decreased hath and do by these presents constitute and appoint Harvey Richards my true and lawful attorney in act for me and in my name as administrator aforesaid to act and do all and singular the business appertaining to and estate in as full and ample manner as I could do were do in and about the premises. Given under my hand and seal this 3rd day of Sept 1850.

Personally appeared before me James H. Conatser Clerk of the County Court of Marion County aforesaid Ransom Smith the foregoing bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted who acknowledged that he made and executed the foregoing Power of Attorney for the purposes therein contained and expressed upon the day it bears date.

Given under my hand at office in Jasper this 2nd day of September 1850.
