From Friday, May 15, 1925, South Pittsburg Hustler, MISS LOUISE TATUM WEDS HOUSTON BOWERS

Mrs. Mary L. Tatum announces the marriage of her daughter, Miss Louise, to Houston Bowers on Saturday, May 2. The Rev. J. B. Beck, pastor of the Christian church, performed the ceremony. Only a few close friends were present. The wedding took place in the apartment which the young couple had previously furnished. The rooms were artistically decorated with roses and peonies. The bride, who is the youngest daughter of Mrs. Tatum, was attractive in brown canton crepe with blond trimmings. The groom is the son of the late A.W. Bowers, of Cowan, and holds a responsible position with the H. Wetter Manufacturing company. The young couple are now at home at 313 Magnolia avenue. (I did not add capital letters when they were not there as on avenue.)
