John Blair, and James White. Document Signed. Southwest Territory, 9 October 1792, 3 ppp, 4to. Pay order for Hawkins County men in John Blair's Company in recent battles with the Chickamauga Indians (in 1788). Notation at the end signed by White as Justice of the Peace, and concluding notation by General Joseph Martin of North Carolina (in same hand as body of the document, not signed).
