Russell Cemetery

Located South of Elkhorn on Drainage Canal for Sandy River. (Copied from: (1) Mr. Charles Sanders' records; and (2) The Kentucky Lake Cemetery Relocation Project comp. by Judith Ann Maupin (1975) which states that "There is no evidence of but one grave… We find R. E. Kendall, nephew by marriage of Martha Ann Kendall, and he signed a remain permit. We also have a remain contract for a Wimberley infant in this cemetery. If there are other graves here we could not find any evidence of it on the ground or in the community. No further action is suggested.")
