No location given. (Copied from: The Kentucky Lake Cemetery Relocation Project comp. By Judith Ann Maupin (1975) which states that "This was a single grave. There was no question of isolation or submergence, but the grave was in the way of construction of the relocated highway #69, so a removal permit was executed by the nearest relative…March 1943.")
