Located between Paris, Tn. And Henry, Tn., at now extinct Routon, Tn., off Hwy. 79. (Copied from: "Ansearchin," News, published by Memphis Genealogical Society, Vol. IX, No. 4 (1962), contributed by Elizabeth Greer McMaster. It states that "The cemetery is easily accessible. William Dillahunty, the owner of the land. Whose interment in 1838, opened this cemetery, was the grandson of John Dillahunty, a Revolutionary War veteran. Joining this cemetery to the west was a Negro burial ground for slaves of the Dillahunty's and Haynes', but ruthless land owners have cultivated this land and there is nothing left to identify it. Efforts are now being made to restore that part of the cemetery that is identifiable. Tombstones mark the following graves.")
