WE, Buck Younge, J. B. Parker and N. R. Poston are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 5th day of September A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound Buck Younge has been appointed Guardian of Birdie Younge.
Minor heir of Elizabeth Younge deceased.
Now, if the said Buck Younge shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 5th day of September 1887.
