WE, W. P. Williams, Elisha Jackson and W. S. Williams are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety Two Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 5th day of May A. D. 1884
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound W. P. Williams has this day renewed his bond as Guardian of Aslee, Virginia, Idella and Wootson Williams.
Minor heir of Wootson Williams deceased.
Now, if the said W. P. Williams shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 5th day of May 1884.
