WE, Duke Klyce, J. L. Epperson and H. M. Klyce are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Thirty Three Hundred Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound Duke Klyce has this day entered into and renewed his bond of Anna, Abba and Ella Tatum.
Minor heir of Wm. M. Tatum deceased.
Now, if the said Duke Klyce shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
