WE, J. T. Stamps, B. H. Harmon and W. M. Kail are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Four Hundred ($400.00) Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 3rd day of October A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. T. Stamps has been appointed Guardian of Wm. N. and Manda B. Stamps.
Minor heir of Wm. Stamps deceased.
Now, if the said J. T. Stamps shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 3rd day of October 1887.
