WE, S. B. Boykin, D. W. Hudgings and W. W. Richradson are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Nine Hundred Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 18th day of December A. D. 1882
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound S. B. Boykin has this day renewed his bond as Guardian of Ever Sanders.
Minor heir of R. G. Sanders deceased.
Now, if the said S. B. Boykin shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 18th day of December 1882.
