WE, R. T. Manning, George Carter and A. J. Richardson are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Thousand Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound R. T. Manning has renewed his Guardian of Thos. Riddick.
Minor heir of Jos. M. Riddick deceased.
Now, if the said R. T. Manning shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
