WE, Mrs. E. J. Reeves, J. M. Priestley and J. R. McDonald are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars.

Witness our hands and seals, this 2nd day of August A. D. 1886

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound E. J. Reeves has been appointed Guardian of R. A. Reeves, S. B. Reeves, H. W. Reeves, W. L. Reeves, Wm. E. Reeves and Mattie Lou Reeves.

Minor heir of H. W. Reeves deceased.

Now, if the said E. J. Reeves shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him (as written) by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 2nd day of August 1886.

TO E. J. Reeves A CITIZEN OF CROCKETT COUNTY.

WHEREAS It appearing to the County Court of said County that R. A., S. B., H. W., W. L., Wm. E. and Mattie L. Reeves Minors, and the Court being satisfied as to your right to the Guardianship of said Minors; and you having given bond and qualified according to law, and the Court having ordered that Letters of Guardianship be issued to you.

YOU ARE THEREFORE, AUTHORIZED, To take into your possession, for the use and benefit of said wards, the profit of the lands, tenements and hereditaments belonging to said ward, and also the goods, chattels and other personal estate of said wards; to bring such suits or actions in relation thereto as may be deemed necessary; to return to the next Court after the date hereof, a statement on oath, of all the estate which shall come into your hands or possession; to exhibit annually an account of the profits and disbursements thereof; to return a new list of the estate of said wards, two years from the date hereof; and to renew your bond as such, and faithfully perform all the duties required of you by law and relation to said Guardianship, and upon the arrival at full age, or sooner, if required, to make final settlement thereof: to deliver and pay to the person lawfully authorized to receive the same, the residue of said estate, including the profits arising therefrom. Herein fail not.

Witness our hands and seals, this 3rd day of December A. D. 1888

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound E. J. Reeves has renewed her Bond as Guardian of H. W., W. L., Wm. E. and Mattie L. Reeves.

Minor heir of H. W. Reeves deceased.

Now, if the said Mrs. E. J. Reeves shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of her by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
