WE, N. R. Reddick and John Williams are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of _ Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 21st day of January A. D. 1889
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound N. R. Reddick has been appointed Guardian of Madda Reddick and Clara Johnson.
Minor heir of Jas. Evans deceased.
Now, if the said N. R. Reddick shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 21st day of January 1889.
