WE, J. W. Lyons, R. W. Fleming and J. F. Robertson are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of One Thousand Six Hundred & fifty Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 4th day of April A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. W. Lyons has this day renewed his Bond as Guardian of W. T. Powell.
Minor heir of T. M. Powell deceased.
Now, if the said J. W. Lyons shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 4th day of April 1887.
