WE, Jas. C. Revell, J. J. Edwards and J. P. Simmons are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred and fifty ($250) Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 1st day of August A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound Jas. C. Revell has been appointed Guardian of Ophelia, Harden, Clarrence and Uphenia Pitman.
Minor heirs of T. H. Pittman deceased.
Now, if the said Jas. C. Revell shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 1st day of August 1887.
