WE, L. Nichols, T. H. Avery and W. A. Nichols are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 20th day of February A. D. 1888
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound L. Nichols has been appointed Guardian of A. V., O. L., E. L. and L. A. Nichols.
Minor heir of T. E. Nichols deceased.
Now, if the said L. Nichols shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 20th day of February 1888.
