WE, B. F. More, J. L. Jones, L. Y. Whitonton and J. H. Morphis are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of _ Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound B. F. Moore has been appointed Guardian of Maggie, Maud, Julias, Egbert, Osker, Susie & Dorsie.

Minor heir of J. C. Moore deceased.

Now, if the said B. F. Moore shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
