WE, J. F. Laman, John L. Poston and William F. Poston are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound J. F. Laman has been appointed Guardian of Mary E. Moore.
Minor heir of J. W. and F. E. Moore deceased.
Now, if the said J. F. Laman shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 1st day of October 1883.
