WE, W. H. Liles, S. E. Hudgings and J. K. Hathway are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Witness our hands and seals, this 5th day of December A. D. 1887
The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound W. H. Liles has been appointed Guardian of Mattie C. McCurry & Gurtie Liles.
Minor heir of C. W. McMurry deceased.
Now, if the said W. H. Liles shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
Acknowledged and approved in open Court, this 5th day of December 1887.
