WE, A. J. Collinsworth, T. N. Skelton & J. B. Humphreys are held and firmly bound to the State of Tennessee, in the penal sum of Eight Hundred Dollars.

Witness our hands and seals, this 6th day of February A. D. 1888

The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas the above bound A. J. Collinsworth has been appointed Guardian of Dora, Sue, Eva and Curry Mason.

Minor heir of R. W. Mason deceased.

Now, if the said A. J. Collinsworth shall well and truly perform the duties which are or may be required of him by law as such Guardian, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
